RS Law was founded by Malamatenia Ralli and Areti Skafida, two lawyers who set out from the same starting point and took complementary paths. We work as one team: every case is assessed jointly and given to whichever of us knows the subject best, with the other always alongside.

Malamatenia D. Ralli

Lawyer, Athens Bar · LL.M. Economics & Law of Energy Markets

Malamatenia Ralli read law at the Democritus University of Thrace and holds a Master’s degree in the Economics and Law of Energy Markets from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2019.

She has worked in public bodies, among them the Greek Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, has served as legal adviser to commercial companies and to legal entities governed by public law, and is actively involved in matters concerning associations and clubs.

She advises individuals and businesses and represents them in court, principally in civil, administrative, commercial and pension matters.

Areti G. Skafida

Lawyer, Athens Bar · Accredited Mediator, Greek Ministry of Justice

Areti Skafida read law at the Democritus University of Thrace and holds two Master’s degrees: in the Law of New Technologies (Democritus University, jointly with the University of Macedonia) and in Business and Organisation Management (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens). She has also specialised in aviation law, with an emphasis on aviation leasing and finance. She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2019.

She spent five years in the legal department of a large telecommunications and technology group, where she handled matters relating to subsidiaries, public and private contracts and tenders, and the securing of intellectual property rights.

She is an accredited mediator of the Greek Ministry of Justice and acts for individuals and businesses, principally in commercial, civil and criminal matters.
